TXS in media:
Reviews from the first album - Transmission X
With a grand, tight production and huge melodic songs the band TXS are on to a winner, with fist punching anthems and blistering guitar chords these guys are just at home playing rockers like “Who Will to run you”, and the fantastic ballad “Stay”.

Their commercial appeal is fantastic and they can fit alongside fellow Norwegians “TNT” and “Stage Dolls” with perfect ease. They also draw influences from Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and
Foo Fighters, so there is plenty going on here.

Transmission X is a debut album that needs to be looked out for
in 2009; it has all the hallmarks of a classic, with Dag’s raspy vocal work, arena like guitars, intricate keyboards and air punching anthems. A formidable combination, no less. Oh, and just check out that last track “Stay”, a memorable anthem that has you wishing there was much more from this band. Surely, destined to be a classic.
